How MSA works... Dynesco will complete a site survey to verify illumenair components documenting type & quantity of fixtures to include in the agreement. We than complete a night visit to verify & document the condition of the fixture notating outages, lamp color-shifts, and dirt depreciation that would affect the lumenairs ability to provide optimum light output. Once all the information is gather, we can report back with our initial recommendation to bring the lighting system up to an agreed upon condition. We will execute the plan and continue with quarterly site visits in providing a secure and well-lit environment.
Group Re-Lamping as part of a MSA or on-call-service is best practice for HID Lumenaire's in maintaining optimum light levels and light distribution. Exterior light levels are at its peak when high intensity discharge lamps are new and reflective surfaces are clean.
